Mr. Croll has been employed in the engineering, management, sales, and ownership sectors of a Cummins engine distributor, a Waukesha engine distributor, and a mechanical contractor. He has extended his knowledge of the power generation field beyond engineering by completing classes with Automatic Switch Company, Cummins Engine Company, Westinghouse Electric, Woodward Governor, Basler Electric, and the Association of Energy Engineers. He is a Certified Cogeneration Professional (CCP) and a Distributed Generation Certified Professional (DGCP) in accordance with the requirements of the Association of Energy Engineers.

Frank S. Woodbridge, PE
Mr. Woodbridge has been employed in the engineering, management, sales, and ownership sectors of two electrical contractors and a mechanical contractor. He has extended his knowledge of the field beyond engineering by completing classes with General Electric, National Electrical Contractors Assoc., Andover Controls, Bell & Gossett, Woodward Governor, Basler Electric, University of Wisconsin, and University of Missouri.He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan and has been registered by reciprocity in five other states.

With over 35 years experience in Engineering and Product Development, Mark brings a vast amount of Program Management, Design, Research and Development expertise to client programs. Practical and leadership roles with General Motors and International Design Engineering and Services (Co-Founder and President) provide the wealth of his knowledge. His education consists of BS Degrees in Industrial Design and Liberal Arts from Siena Heights University as well as Project/Program Management Certification (CPM) from Villanova University.

Tom has over 30 years of experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Business Strategies, Engineering, Program Management and Business Development in the Automotive and Energy Industries. Recently, He has provided his significant business planning & strategy and state economic development experience to secure initial funding, facilities and operations for multiple renewable energy companies. Tom has substantial knowledge in the Wind, Solar and Biogas Energy sectors. He is involved in several National & Great Lakes organizations to grow renewable energy implementation. Tom is experienced in Energy Conservation, during the construction of manufacturing & assembly plants throughout North America & Europe. Experience in Lean Manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodologies help to drive production efficiencies, cost reductions and improve quality deliverables. Tom’s educational background consists of BS in Mechanical Engineering, MBA and several professional certifications.
