His education consists of BS Degrees in Industrial Design and Liberal Arts from Siena Heights University as well as Project/Program Management Certification (CPM) from Villanova University.

He is involved in several National & Great Lakes organizations to grow renewable energy implementation. Tom is experienced in Energy Conservation, during the construction of manufacturing & assembly plants throughout North America & Europe.  Experience in Lean Manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodologies help to drive production efficiencies, cost reductions and improve quality deliverables.  Tom’s educational background consists of BS in Mechanical Engineering, MBA and several professional certifications.
